I have read the book of Luke up to chapter 17 for this week. It is a good experience! Dr. Luke was a unique person as said in the study. Luke was one of the most accomplished and educated writers in the New Testament. Luke was not a disciple or should I say an apostle who followed Jesus in His ministry, but he came to believe and trust Jesus as the Savior of the world. We all are disciples of Jesus Christ. Luke traveled with Apostle Paul in his ministry. Luke was a gentile with faith in God and in Jesus Christ as being the one God sent. He studied enough to convince him that Jesus was Christ. I wish we had more Dr. Luke these days, who believe in Jesus, and not always trying to get you to take medicine instead of putting your faith in God's Word. Doctors are good for those who don't believe, amen. But as Christian we are to have faith in God's Word in every aspect of our life. His Word covers everything!!! Its a great study.
