I want to share a brief message God gave me a few years ago concerning Jesus standing up at the time of Stephen's death by stoning (Acts 7:55). If you would notice, Jesus is always viewed as sitting on the right hand of God, but when Stephen was being stoned Jesus stood up as though waiting for Stephen in an attitude of honor for Stephen's faithful service because of his faith in Jesus Himself, (Matthew 26:64; Mark 14:62, 16:19; Luke 22:69; Ephesians 1:20; Revelation 5:12). Christ was exalted to heavenly place, but when His friends are in trouble He will "Stand Up" for them every time. Glory Hallelujah! We must know Him to the point that we too will stand up for Him just as Stephen did (Acts 6:8-7:60). And remember He want forget us as said in (Revelation 5:12). I was so blessed when God revealed this to me! What a blessing to know Him even in our pain.
