(please explain what love this scripture is referring to) (Ephesians 5:33)
"Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband."
This is the erose love we talked about earlier in week # 2. This love is between a husband and a wife. This love is what gets many people, even Christians, into serious trouble because they can commit adultery if left unchecked and not resisted, they can commit adultery of the heart (Matt 5:28), it can lead to an addiction to pornography, and it can become an idol in itself. While this level of love is necessary and healthy within marriage, outside or before marriage it can be totally destructive.
