Prayer is one of the most important activities in our lives because we're actually talking to the sovereign God of the universe who has all power and knowledge. When the apostle Paul wrote to the believers in Thessalonica who were suffering under Roman domination, he told them, "Pray without ceasing" (1 Thess. 5:17). In other words, prayer should be a priority in our daily lives. Thy will be done is a priority in our life as well.
